Bubbles & Body Truths

We are talking about sexuality, embodiment, empowerment, and the pleasure tips that nobody ever thought to give us. This is not a lecture. It is a gathering — the kind where you arrive curious and leave knowing something about yourself that changes how you move through the world.

Welcome mimosas on arrival, curated snacks, expert talks on sexuality and embodiment, pleasure tips you will actually use, and an exclusive goodie bag to take home.

5 Senses Experience: Self Discovery

Your five senses, activated on purpose, to bring you out of your head and into your body. A guided afternoon of self discovery.

This is where it all begins. Sight, sound, touch, taste, scent — each sense activated with intention to bring you fully into your body. Most women arrive in their heads. They leave in their skin.

Speaking

Helping people navigate one of life's most important conversations.

Evidence-informed presentations and workshops that help people make informed, respectful and confident decisions about relationships, consent, sexuality and emotional wellbeing.

Sexuality shapes our relationships, our health, our wellbeing, our sense of identity and the way we connect with others. Yet for many of us, it remains one of the least understood aspects of human development.

As a Sexuality Literacy Educator and public speaker, I deliver evidence-informed presentations and workshops that help people make informed, respectful and confident decisions about relationships, consent, sexuality and emotional wellbeing.

My approach blends current research, psychology, developmental science and practical communication strategies to create learning experiences that are engaging, inclusive and judgement-free.

Whether I'm speaking to students, parents, educators or community organisations, my goal is always the same:

To increase sexuality literacy — so people are better equipped to navigate the complexities of modern relationships and create safer communities.

Who I Speak To

Schools, Conferences & Women's Wellbeing

I support schools with age-appropriate, evidence-informed sexuality education that complements their wellbeing and respectful relationships initiatives. Programs align with the Australian Curriculum and adapt to government, independent and faith-based settings.

I also deliver keynotes, conference sessions and community workshops for educators, health professionals, parents, community groups and organisations — and, drawing on my work with adult women, presentations exploring:

Topics may include

  • Why Sexuality Literacy Matters
  • Understanding desire
  • Menopause and sexuality
  • Consent and communication
  • Body autonomy
  • Pornography literacy
  • Online safety and digital citizenship
  • Peer influence and healthy decision-making
  • Respectful relationships
  • Pleasure and sexual wellbeing
  • Communication and intimacy

My Approach

Education that empowers, never shames

Evidence-informed, trauma-informed, inclusive and respectful, developmentally appropriate, practical and engaging, and adapted to the audience.

I believe education should empower rather than shame, encourage curiosity rather than fear, and give people the knowledge to make decisions that align with their own values.
